Show all flows to internal users

While you can use tags to filter which flows to show your users, you may want to access ALL of them yourself. It could be to test a new flow you just made?

You can do that by marking yourself a 'Beta user'. In fact, you can make anyone a beta user (they don't have to be in your team) which means you can also use this to share new flows with your beta users.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Go to the Users tab
2. Search for the user
3. Click the three-dots-menu
4. Turn on 'Beta User'

That’s it! We will now ignore the tags you pass in the embed code and show all the flows in your workspace. (Archived flows will still be filtered.)

When they're done testing, simply turn off the 'Beta user' option and the extra flows will disappear.
