It helps you organize your tasks and connect with your teams over the internet remotely. It offers workflow templates that can be used to define your project's steps. The Asana App Connector syncs and manages projects, tasks, and tags with other third-party apps.

Following are the basic specifications of the Asana connector.

#### Authorization Type  <a href="#authorization-type-0-1" id="authorization-type-0-1"></a>

Asana uses [OAuth](https://support.integry.io/hc/en-us/articles/11112617800985-Authentication-Types-Supported-in-Integry) authorization type. The access token expires in 1 hour and gets refreshed automatically after expiration.

#### Trigger Type <a href="#trigger-type-0-2" id="trigger-type-0-2"></a>

Currently, there are no triggers implemented.

### Limitations <a href="#limitations-0-3" id="limitations-0-3"></a>

There are the following limitations of the Asana App Connector:

* The format for the date field is YYYY-MM-DD.
* The start date of projects needs to be before the due date.
